Get ready to sweat, smile, and snuggle—PUP 45 is here! We’re teaming up with F45 North Park and A New Life Rescue for a special HIIT workout class with puppies. Train alongside expert F45 instructors while adorable rescue pups cheer you on (and maybe jump in your lap).
A portion of proceeds goes directly to A New Life Rescue, helping dogs find their forever homes.
